This is where it all comes together. During our time, we’ll:

It’s a beautiful way to feel supported and witnessed in real time, while still giving you space.
Q. Do I need to prepare anything before our session?
Nope. I’ll do the foundational energetic work before we meet. You’ll simply show up open and ready to receive. During our call, I’ll share what came through, and we’ll move into integration together. If you like journaling or creating a cozy sacred space for our call, that’s welcome—but not required.
Q. How long is the session, really? That feels like a lot.
